Our Vice President, Ms. Eva Wong and Past President, Dr. Johnnie CHAN were invited to attend the “HKIH Symposium 2026” organized by the Hong Kong Institute of Housing (HKIH) on 11 September 2026. They represented HKAPMC to join this grand industry event alongside fellow professionals.

Under the highly forward-looking and practical theme of “Revolutionising Housing Management with AI Transformation,” this year’s symposium brought together government officials, industry leaders, and academic experts. In-depth discussions were held on core topics, including how Artificial Intelligence empowers modern property management , optimizes smart operations , deepens ESG performance, and builds inclusive smart communities.

We actively promotes the professionalization and technological transformation of the property management industry in Hong Kong. In the face of the rapid development of AI technologies and smart buildings, we will continue to work hand in hand with our industry partners to introduce cutting-edge innovative technologies, leading the industry to embrace transformation opportunities and co-create a new milestone in smart property management!
