The HKAPMC 35th Anniversary Gala Dinner and

35th Anniversary Commemorative Publication

On behalf of the HKAPMC Council, I am pleased to invite you and your guests to join the HKAPMC 35th Anniversary Gala Dinner to be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 1 September 2025 (Monday).  Meanwhile, the 35th Anniversary Commemorative Publication will be published and distributed to all guests at the dinner as well as to all members of the Association and Government Departments.

Improving people’s livelihoods in pursuit of happiness is a crucial cornerstone of Hong Kong’s economic and social development. Since its establishment in 1990, we have been committed to promoting the professional development of the property management industry and enhancing citizens’ well-being. We achieve this by embracing reform and innovation and providing policy recommendations to the government.  As we celebrate our 35th anniversary this year, we are proud to embrace our mission statement: “Professional Management benefits our Community; Caring and Inclusion builds our Future.” （「專業管理惠民生 關愛共融建未來」）. It would be a great pleasure to have your support and presence to witness and celebrate our success and achievement.

「香港物業管理公司協會35周年啟動禮暨同樂日」完滿舉行

香港物業管理公司協會 (協會) 於2025年5月10日隆重舉行35周年啟動禮，宣布開展一連串誌慶活動。活動邀得香港特別行政區房屋局副局長戴尚誠太平紳士擔任主禮嘉賓，與會長鄭錦華博士測量師、副會長暨35周年活動籌委會主席朱啟明先生、副會長潘源舫先生、前會長陳志球博士, SBS, BBS, 太平紳士、前會長李春犁測量師、香港大學專業進修學院院長李經文教授、香港大學專業進修學院校友會義務秘書許漢忠先生、職業安全健康局高級顧問盧彩彤博士，一眾理事會委員以及約200名物業管理從業員及香港大學專業進修學院校友一同參與慶賀。

本協會作為香港物業管理行業中首批註冊認可的行業商會，植根香港35載，今年以「專業管理惠民生 關愛共融建未來」為主題，旨在強調我們一直以提升專業水平為宗旨，支持特區政府施政報告方針，共同以惠及民生、構建關愛共融社會為己任。

會長鄭錦華博士測量師表示：「協會致力代表全體會員，與政府及各持分者積極溝通，助力政府制定更貼合民情的措施；同時與各學術機構共同開辦專業課程，培育更多專業人才投身行業。展望未來，將繼往開來，維護會員的利益及權利，秉承專業精神，惠澤社群。」

啟動禮後，隨即舉行同樂日作為首個誌慶活動。副會長暨35周年活動籌委會主席朱啟明先生表示：「今年適逢國家第15屆全運會，香港作為主辦城市之一，協會亦藉此籌備一連串推廣身心健康活動，以全民運動分享誌慶喜悅。」

是次同樂日由協會與香港大學專業進修學院（HKU SPACE）聯同舉辦。HKU SPACE 作為全港每年房屋管理課程收生最多的院校之一，我們希望亦藉此機會，促進會員與HKU SPACE 校友的凝聚力，共建活力社區。活動節目豐富，包括由香港楊氏太極拳總會帶領，讓參加者認識及體驗太極拳這項群眾賽事活動。同場亦有由職業安全健康局提供即場健康評估服務。

We are excited to announce that we are celebrating our 35th Anniversary this year! Our first celebration event will be the HKAPMC 35th Kick-off Ceremony and Health Fun Day on May 10, 2025 (Saturday), at HKU SPACE Po Leung Kuk Stanley Ho Community College.

Since our establishment in 1990, HKAPMC has been dedicated to promoting the professional development of the industry and enhancing the well-being of citizens. As we commemorate our 35th anniversary this year, we proudly uphold our mission statement: “Professional Management benefits our Community; Caring and Inclusion build our Future” (「專業管理惠民生 關愛共融建未來」).

Following the kick-off ceremony, we will conduct a competition for members in the Calories Burned Challenge, with awards presented during our Annual Dinner on September 1, 2025.
