The Construction Industry Council (CIC) is urging all contractors to take immediate action to assess and secure fire safety measures across their sites.

To collectively enhance the industry’s safety standards, we urge all members to respond proactively and complete the required checks.

十分高興於2025年11月20日獲邀出席 「香港測量師學會 (HKIS) 周年晚宴」！與業界精英共度了一個美好的晚上，共同見證測量專業為香港作出的卓越貢獻。

香港測量師學會自 1984 年成立，是香港唯一根據法例設立的測量專業團體。學會一直致力維護最高的專業水平及道德操守，功不可沒。同時，學會在為政府提供城市規劃、建築、房地產及土地等事務的建議上擔當關鍵角色，為香港建設可持續的未來。

衷心祝賀香港測量師學會理事會及全體會員晚宴圓滿成功！我們亦很高興會長朱啟明先生及副會長潘源舫先生能參與這項業界盛事。

期待未來繼續與香港測量師學會緊密合作，共創輝煌！

It was a great pleasure to join The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) for their Annual Dinner on 20 November 2025! A wonderful evening celebrating the incredible contributions of the surveying profession to our city.

HKIS, established in 1984, is the only surveying professional body incorporated by ordinance in Hong Kong. Their work in upholding the highest levels of professionalism and ethics is vital. Furthermore, their advisory role to the government on town planning, construction, real estate, and land matters is crucial for building a sustainable future for Hong Kong.

A heartfelt congratulations to the entire HKIS council and members on a successful event! We were delighted that our President, Mr. Kevin Chu, Vice President, Mr. Sanford Poon could join this prestigious gathering.

Looking forward to the continued collaboration and success of HKIS!

We are thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of the Hong Kong Property Management Companies Association’s 2025 Annual Football Tournament, held at the Tsz Wan Shan Central Playground Football Field.
This year, we were proud to feature 22 enthusiastic teams from our member companies, showcasing the energy, unity, and sportsmanship that define the property management sector.

We also introduced a brand-new invitation match:

物業管理業監管局由主席黃江天博士率領一行，包括行業代表、認可專業團體及物管業界組織代表於2025年11月14日，拜訪了前海深港現代服務業合作區管理局、河套深港科技創新合作區深圳園區發展署及深圳市住房和建設局。

此行旨在促進粵港澳大灣區物管業的合作與交流，加強區域合作，分享最佳實踐。

會長朱啟明先生榮幸能參與此次具有意義的活動，展現我們推動區域緊密合作及創新發展的決心。

The Property Management Services Authority, led by Chairman Dr. James Wong Kong-tin and a delegation comprising industry representatives, recognized professional groups, and industry organizations, visited the Qianhai Cooperation Zone, Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone, Shenzhen Urban Planning Department, and Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau on 14 November 2025.

This visit aimed to promote collaboration and exchange within the Greater Bay Area’s property management industry, strengthening regional cooperation and sharing best practices.

Our President, Mr. Kevin Chu, was honored to be part of this meaningful event, reflecting our commitment to fostering closer ties and innovative development across the region.

The synergy between Hong Kong and Mainland China continues to grow, highlighting the importance of professional standards, technological innovation, and regional integration for building a better community.

恭賀環保建築大奬2025的65位卓越得主！

會長朱啟明先生獲邀擔任由香港綠色建築議會及專業綠色建築議會合辦、於2025年11月13日舉行的「環保建築大奬2025」頒獎晚宴的頒獎嘉賓，負責頒發「新建建築類別 – 興建及／或設計中項目 – 住宅」獎項。

這場盛事圓滿成功，匯聚超過500位嘉賓，共同見證建築業在可持續發展上的堅定投入與創新。以「邁向碳中和 • 締造優質綠建環境」為主題，今年適逢踏入第十屆的里程碑，共表彰65位優秀得主，包括綠建領導先鋒大獎、大獎、優異獎，以及聯合國可持續發展目標特別嘉許和新增的綠色金融特別嘉獎。

見證業界攜手推動綠色建築與可持續發展的進程，實在鼓舞人心。恭喜所有得獎者及入圍團隊的卓越貢獻！

Congratulating 65 Remarkable Winners at the Glorious Green Building Award 2025!

Honoured that President, Mr. Kevin Chu, was invited as the Award Presenter for the “New Buildings Category – Projects Under Construction and/or Design – Residential” at the Green Building Award 2025 Presentation Dinner held on 13 November 2025, co-organised by the Hong Kong Green Building Council and the Professional Green Building Council.

The event was a resounding success, gathering over 500 guests to celebrate the building industry’s unwavering dedication and innovation in sustainability. With the inspiring theme “Towards Carbon Neutrality • Excellence in Sustainable Built Environment,” this year’s award marked its 10th edition, recognising 65 outstanding winners across various categories, including Pioneer Awards, Grand Awards, Merit Awards, and Special Citations on UN SDGs and the newly introduced Green Financing.

It’s inspiring to witness the collective efforts driving progress in green building and sustainable development. Congratulations to all the winners and finalists for their remarkable contributions!
