The biennial industry flagship event, the Quality Property and Facility Management Award 2026 (QPFMA), kicked off today (17 March)! Under the theme “Integrated PFM Services · Creating a Digitized Smart City,” we invite outstanding property and facilities management projects to join us in driving the industry towards a new era of intelligence and sustainability.

New Awards and Categories
This year features exciting updates, including the introduction of “Finalist ” to encourage more outstanding teams. We have also added the “Light Public Housing” category under “Community Housing” to recognize organizations excelling in improving the living quality of grassroots households, truly embodying a “people-centric” service spirit.

Mr. Kevin Chu Kai Ming, President of The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies, shared in his welcome speech:

“With the rapid development of innovative technology, Hong Kong has entered a new stage of smart development, and the operational models of our industry are continuously transforming and upgrading. The theme of this year’s Awards reflects the current societal development direction and the key to the industry’s future growth. It coincides perfectly with the Government’s principle of ‘Innogeneration, Caring for People.’ Through the Awards, we hope to integrate the diverse experiences from different backgrounds and operational models within the industry. By learning and exchanging ideas, we can collectively elevate the overall professional standard and jointly promote a smart city management model.”

【2026年度優質物業設施管理大獎正式啟動！現已接受報名 】
兩年一度的業界盛事 — 「2026年度優質物業設施管理大獎」（QPFMA）今日（3月17日）正式揭開序幕！本屆大獎以 「智能物業及設施服務 · 創設數據化智慧城市」 為主題，現正誠邀各界卓越的物業設施管理項目報名參與，共同推動行業邁向智慧化及可持續發展的新里程。

新增獎項及類別
今屆大獎亮點，除了增設 「入圍獎」 以鼓勵更多優秀團隊外，更在「社區住宅」類別中新增 「簡約公屋」 項目，表彰在提升基層住戶生活質素方面表現卓越的機構，真正體現「以人為本」的服務精神。

香港物業管理公司協會會長朱啟明先生於歡迎辭時表示：

Following the success of our visit in October 2025, HKAPMC was delighted to host another insightful tour of the Hong Kong Construction Industry Trade Testing Centre on 9 February, 2026.

Our members gained valuable hands-on exposure to industry standards and innovations, with a focus on Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) and MEP connections. This visit was once again arranged by our External Affairs Committee.

Participants toured the:
1. Truss-out Scaffolder Safety Training Centre
2. MiC & MiMEP Connection Skillsets Mock-up
3. Cement and Mortar Testing Centre
4. Painting Centre

We were honoured to have Our Council Member, Mr. Chan Siu Hay, Jacky, deliver a welcome speech to kick off the day’s activities.

A big thank you to the Construction Industry Council (CIC) for their continued support in facilitating these important learning opportunities for our members.

It was our honor to participate in the “Hong Kong Outstanding Green Management Awards 2025” Ceremony on 15 January 2026, organized by Greeners Action. Our President, Mr. Kevin Chu, attended as a Guest of Honor, joining industry leaders in celebrating exceptional achievements in environmental management.

The ceremony served not only as recognition of outstanding green practices but also as a meaningful platform for sharing innovative ideas and driving sustainable development forward. As an integral part of community infrastructure, the property management sector plays a vital role in advancing eco-friendly transformation and building greener neighborhoods.

We are inspired to see growing engagement from member companies in environmental initiatives—from smart waste reduction ♻️ and energy-efficient systems to community education programs.
