| Program Highlights: | At present, refrigerant that are widely adopted in household air-conditioners usually have high Global Warming Potential (GWP), their emission into the atmosphere would negatively impact global warming. In view of climate change, an international environmental agreement was reached by different countries in October 2016 to phase down high GWP gases. Given the above development, there has been increasingly widespread use of some low GWP but mildly flammable refrigerants in air-conditioning system around the world in recent years. In Hong Kong, some household air-conditioners using mildly flammable refrigerant had been launched, the safety standards on installation requirement must be observed. This seminar is arranged to share the safety requirements on installation and maintenance of mildly flammable refrigerant household air-conditioner. |
