Honored to Attend & Speak at the “HKIS Annual Conference 2026”

HKAPMC was honored to be invited to the “HKIS Annual Conference 2026,” hosted by The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) on 5 September 2026. The theme of this year’s conference was “Safeguarding Homes: Surveyors for Building Maintenance and Community Safety.”

Our Vice President, Mr. Sanford Poon, for representing the Association as a keynote speaker and delivering a presentation titled “Properly Managed Homes in Hong Kong: Perspective from
Professional Property Management Company”

Proper building maintenance is key to safeguarding community safety.
We look forward to joining hands with surveyors and professional property management teams to create safe and quality homes for residents, working together to achieve the vision of “Safeguarding Homes.”

Looking ahead, we will continue to maintain close communication and collaboration with HKIS and various professional bodies to jointly drive the professional development of the property management industry and build a safer, more comfortable, and liveable community environment.
