Our association has been collaborated with ICAC, the Home Affairs Department, the Hong Kong Housing Society and other related government departmemts and professional bodies in launching a territory-wide preventive and education programme. The “Integrity and Quality Building Management and Maintenance Programme”, centered on a “Building Management Toolkit” for use by the owners’ corporations, was complemented with a host of multi-media promotion, workshops and roving exhibitions and a one-stop enquiry hotline.
The Building Maintenance Toolkit provides a practical, user-friendly and informative guide to owners, members of management committees of owners corporations as well as property management companies. The toolkit comprises the following section:

| • A step-by-step guide in letting and monitoring repair and maintenance works |
| • Corruption risks, case analysis and safeguards to prevent corruption |
| • Financial and technical assistance available for the owners |
| • Sample documents for tendering and sample probity clauses, etc. |
