Seminar on “Occupiers’ Liability and Negligence” and “Technology For Routine Inspection & Maintenance of Building External Wall” (2017年9月30日)

The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies (HKAPMC) and The Hong Kong Institute of Housing (HKIH) have jointly organized a seminar as follows:

The content will be with particular reference to the recent fatal case involving falling of debonding tiles from a commercial building and another case involving flooding of a car park arising from a severe typhoon.

Program Speaker for Topic (2) Mr. W K Kong Stanley is a veteran professional in building maintenance with comprehensive experience in the RMAA projects in Hong Kong.  He holds a BSc(Hons) in Building Surveying from The University of Reading of UK in 2007.  He has been a Registered Safety Officer (RSO) from Labour Department since 2008, Authorized Signatory (AS) of Registered General Building Contractor (RGBC) under the Building Authority since 2009, Member of the CIOB and a Member of the Minor Works Contractors Registration Committee Panel (MWCRC) appointed by Building Authority from 2011 to 2016 respectively.
