| Program Speaker for Topic (1) | Mr. K. Y. Kwok was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1987. He is now the senior partner of Li, Kwok & Law, Solicitors & Notaries. His clients include developers, property management companies, banks, insurance companies, public and statutory bodies and incorporated owners. He has acted both in advisory and contentious matters, including representing clients in court. He has been an Honorary Fellow of The Hong Kong Institute of Housing since 2010, and a Convenor of the Panel of Advisors on Building Management Disputes of Home Affairs Department since 2013. He has delivered numerous law lectures for the Government, professional organizations, developers, property managers etc. including accredited cpd courses for solicitors, and has written many articles on building management for publication in the past years. |
