1. To confirm the Minutes of the Twenty-Eighth Annual General Meeting held on 20 September 2018
2. To discuss the matters arising from last meeting if any
3. President’s Report
4. To receive and consider the Report of the Auditor
5. To receive and consider the Report of the Council and Audited Statement of Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2018
6. To re-appoint Honorary Auditor
7. To re-appoint Honorary Legal Advisor and Honorary Mediation Advisor
8. To appoint Company Secretary
9. To consider, and if thought fit, to pass the following special business namely:
10. To set up the annual fee for “Entry on Register” at the Memorandum and Articles (M&A) of Association of The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies Limited, such that:-
i) Clause 18 of the M&A be amended as “the Council may from time to time determine the amount of the registration fees and the admission fees payable upon admission to membership or upon transfer from one class of membership to another and, with the sanction of a General Meeting, what annual subscriptions (if any) shall be payable in respect of each class of membership provided that before the holding of the first Annual General Meeting the amount of the first annual subscriptions shall be determined by the Council, and what annual fee for “Entry on Register”(if any) shall be payable in respect of the nature of property.”
ii) Clause 20A be inserted with Clause 20. “Until otherwise determined, the annual fee for “Entry on Register” shall be”:-
Residential – HK$1,500.00
Commercial – HK$1,500.00
Industrial – HK$1,500.00
