Jointly organised by The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors Property and Facility Management Division (HKIS PFMD) and The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies (HKAPMC), QPFMA is a biennial award designed to recognise outstanding projects and practitioners in property and facility management and advance the industry standard of professionalism.
With the theme “Professional PFM Services | Establishing a Wellness Harmony Community” (「專業物業設施服務 締建幸福和諧社區」), we are thrilled to announce that the QPFMA 2024 will be officially open for nominations on 14 March 2024.
The Official Launch Day cum Seminar will feature an informative session starting with introduction and Q&A session dedicated to QPFMA 2024. Stay up to date with the latest information on this year’s award schedule, award categories, and comprehensive assessment criteria.
