Speaker: Mr. CHOI Wa Chi (Clinical Psychologist, Hong Kong Red Cross)
Mr. CHOI specializes in crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and psychological first aid for his clinical practice. He completed his professional training in clinical psychology and social work at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Mr. CHOI currently serves as a clinical psychologist at Hong Kong Red Cross. He trained managers, social workers, and medical professionals on psychological first aid and psychosocial support, including those from the government departments, disciplined services, and service industry. In the last 10 years, he actively involved in crisis intervention of disasters in Hong Kong and Mainland China. He also frequently provides emergency psychological support service for clients, residents and staff after property crisis such as jump-from-height, property fire, industrial accidents.
